Participant Guide

Welcome to HackSpire'26, the flagship hackathon of FIEM ACM Student Chapter! Please go through this guide carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Things to Bring (Mandatory)

  • Laptop — your primary workstation
  • College ID & Government ID photocopy
  • Charger — for both laptop and mobile devices
  • Mobile data pack — Wi-Fi will be provided, but keep mobile data ready as a backup
  • Extension board — each team will get only 2 power points
  • Reusable water bottle — stay hydrated throughout the hack
  • Deodorant / toiletries — stay fresh and comfortable

Important Notes

  • Wi-Fi will be available throughout the venue.
  • Please label your gadgets and chargers to avoid mix-ups.
  • Lunch before Day 1 arrival will NOT be provided — have your meal before check-in.
  • Food and refreshments for all other times will be arranged by the organizing team.

  • Sleep is optional, but coffee is essential.
